3. Data management implemented using cookies and log files used on our website
3.1. Scope of data processing: all Users who visit the website, regardless of the use of services available on the website.
3.2. Legal basis for data management: with regard to data management that is technically necessary for the provision of the service, CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commercial services and services related to the information society. of the Act (hereinafter: Ekertv.) 13/A. § (3) authorizes the Operator to manage the data necessary for the proper functioning of the website. In accordance with the above, the legal basis for the processing of such data is the legitimate interest of the operator on the basis of Article 6 para. 1 letter f) GDPR.

In case of storage of data processed to verify access to the website (may be stored at your discretion):
- your email address (as a username) or username,

3.4. Purpose of data management: Ensuring user-friendly and secure operation of the website as well as carrying out online marketing activities.

C) Data management for marketing purposes ("Marketing" category in the pop-up window):
If you have consented to the non-anonymous collection of browsing data (tick "Analytics") and its use for marketing purposes (tick "Marketing"), then we may show you advertisements targeted to you while you browse the Internet.
When displaying targeted ads, we can display our own ads on your device using Google and Facebook tools, but Google and Facebook also use the necessary data for their purposes, to display third-party ads. Such ads are displayed based on your interests derived from your browsing habits.

3.5. Duration of data management: Some data is processed for the duration of browsing, some data is stored using cookies for a variable period, but a maximum of two years.
Data necessary to ensure user-friendly operation of the website (IP address, order of visited pages on the website during browsing), as well as data necessary to control access rights and ensure user rights, are recorded for the duration of the browsing session (ie the duration of browsing the website), after its completions are deleted. We handle such data using our own IT system tools and no third party has access to them.
Username and password can be stored permanently according to your decision, this is stored using cookies on your device. You can ensure their deletion in the browser settings and thus control the data storage time.
Data used to measure traffic and to map website usage habits are stored for a maximum of two years. The cookies that enable this are stored on the device you are using to browse. 3.6. How the data is stored: in separate data management lists in our IT system. 4. Log file entries
Our storage-related IT system used to operate our website uses electronic log records. The log records store the IP address, the type of browser used by the visitor, the Internet service provider, the date/time stamp, the address of the referring and exit pages, and the number of clicks during the visit. This is done so that we can display our website correctly on your device and, in the event of an operating error, to find the circumstances of the error, making browsing more stable and secure if necessary. It allows us to administer and manage the website. The data is not suitable for determining personal identity and is stored for 30 days.
The data management carried out by the log files is otherwise carried out according to the conditions described in chapter 3, with the understanding that no data is recorded and used for the purposes of visit analysis and marketing in connection with the log files.
