3. Data management implemented using cookies and log files used on our website

Legal basis for data management: with regard to data management that is technically necessary for the provision of the service, CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commercial services and services related to the information society. of the Act (hereinafter: Ekertv.) 13/A. § (3) authorizes the Operator to manage the data necessary for the proper functioning of the website. In accordance with the above, the legal basis for the processing of such data is the legitimate interest of the operator on the basis of Article 6 para. 1 letter f) GDPR.

In case of storage of data processed to verify access to the website (may be stored at your discretion):

3.4. Purpose of data management: Ensuring user-friendly and secure operation of the website as well as carrying out online marketing activities.

3.5. Duration of data management: Some data is processed for the duration of browsing, some data is stored using cookies for a variable period, but a maximum of two years.

Data necessary to ensure user-friendly operation of the website (IP address, order of visited pages on the website during browsing), as well as data necessary to control access rights and ensure user rights, are recorded for the duration of the browsing session (ie the duration of browsing the website), after its completions are deleted. We handle such data using our own IT system tools and no third party has access to them. 

Username and password can be stored permanently according to your decision, this is stored using cookies on your device. You can ensure their deletion in the browser settings and thus control the data storage time.

Data used to measure traffic and to map website usage habits are stored for a maximum of two years. The cookies that enable this are stored on the device you are using to browse. You can delete these cookies or prevent their operation at any time in your browser settings, as well as by deactivating the "Analytics" and "Marketing" categories in the window that can be opened by clicking on the "Cookie Settings" label at the bottom of the website.

 

3.6. How the data is stored: in separate data management lists in our IT system. Our storage-related IT system used to operate our website uses electronic log records. This is done so that we can display our website correctly on your device and, in the event of an operating error, to find the circumstances of the error, making browsing more stable and secure if necessary.
